18 Cancer Prevention Tips

  1. Castor oil compress. Use warm oil (not hot). Soak a new piece of flannel each time. Apply over the tumor or area of pain, cover with saran wrap and top off with a hot water bottle. Keep application on for 20 to 30 minutes
  2. Change your diet. Reduce dairy and gluten. Avoid white flour and sugar. Vegetarian diets can double natural killer cell activity. (NK cells are a special kind of white blood cell, critical to the innate immune system.) Eat organic when possible. Things to eat more of: cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, beet tops, carrot tops, kale, raw spinach, beets, carrots, yams, asparagus, green tea, garlic, sprouts (mung, lentils, millet, red clover), raw pumpkin seed and sunflower seeds. Eat fruits by themselves. Eat tomato and cucumber separately. Eat all melons alone. Limit salt, and when you do use it, use sea salt. No sodas. No coffee. No microwaved foods. Eat higher fiber, lower fat foods. If you have low cholesterol, use clarified butter (ghee) or 1 egg each day to increase it.
  3. Avoid hot baths for at least 3 hours after a meal to allow for proper digestion.
  4. Drink pure (filtered or living) water, not tap water.
  5. Keep the pH of your first morning urine between 6.2 and 6.8. This allows enough oxygen to get to tissues throughout the body. Cancer cells hate this.
  6. Salt and soda baths. Use 1 cup of baking soda with 1 cup of sea or Epsom salt. Soak for 20 to 30 minutes up to 3 times a week.
  7. Mustard foot soak. Mix 1 tablespoon of mustard seed and 1 teaspoon of ground cayenne in enough water to cover your feet. Soak 2 to 3 times daily. Good for swollen ankles.
  8. Key supplements. Selenium, geranium, maitake mushroom and vitamin C are good to use.
  9. Reduce electromagnetic exposure. Avoid wearing a watch. Remove TV from your bedroom. Do not use cell or portable phones. Do not hold a laptop or tablet against your body.
  10. Walk more. Use sunscreen when outdoors.
  11. Coffee enemas. Add 3 tablespoons of organic caffeinated coffee to 1 quart of water. Let it boil for 3 minutes, then simmer for 15. Strain the liquid and let it cool to body temperature. Apply with an enema bag and try to retain some for 4 to 5 minutes, then expel. It is not uncommon to expel up to a gallon of fluid within 20 to 30 minutes. At first, this can be done daily, reducing to a couple times a week and finally once a week. This helps stimulate liver detox and increases the glutathione-S-transferase enzyme system by 600%. It also helps diminish free radical damage and block carcinogenic activity. The coffee dilates the bile ducts and stimulates the removal of toxins from the blood.
  12. Meditate. Laugh. Find something positive in each day.
  13. No aluminum. Avoid aluminum cookware and antiperspirants containing aluminum.
