- You will need a moderately soft, natural vegetable fiber bristle brush. Do not use nylon or other synthetic. Each member of a family should have their own brush.
- Brushing your body effectively should take about 10 minutes.
- Brush gently. Some parts of the body are more sensitive than others. In a few days, your skin will become conditioned.
- Brush daily for about 3 months, then maintain by brushing twice a week.
- Every couple weeks or so, wash your brush with soap and water.
